Services
In addition to basic production, BANE MPI also has additional plants that enable a rounded process:
- Electroplating line – galvanizing, anodizing and nickel plating, with a regulated waste water system and all necessary work permits
- Foundry – intended for casting castle under pressure, silumin, anodized into molds
- Slitting (longitudinal cutting)
- Plasticization (we provide plasticization services for all types of metals (aluminum, iron, steel, copper, brass…)
We provide plasticizing services for “pieces” (sheets, rods, pipes, grids, boxes…) of maximum volume W 750 x H 1200 x D1400 mm (small furnace) and W 1000 x H 1200 x D 2800 mm (large furnace)
We have a huge selection of colors (we work according to the RAL chart). We have a large selection of paint types – matte, glossy, various levels of roughness, two-tone (silver/black, gold/black…) We work with both polyester and epoxy-polyester paints.

Technological equipment
The production facility has equipment that ensures high precision and repeatability of the process:
- transfers for brass processing;
- forges for cold forging of steel;
- ex-center of presses and transfer of presses;
- special processing machines;
- plastic injection machines;
- automatic electroplating lines.
