In addition to core production, BANE MPI operates additional production facilities that enable a fully integrated manufacturing process.
- Galvanizing line – providing zinc plating, anodizing and nickel plating, with a regulated wastewater treatment system and all required operating permits
- Foundry – intended for pressure die casting of zamak, as well as casting of silumin and aluminium alloys in moulds
- Slitting – longitudinal cutting of sheet metal and strip material
- Powder coating (plasticization) – we provide powder coating services for all types of metals, including aluminium, iron, steel, copper, brass and other metal materials. We offer powder coating services for individual pieces and components such as sheets, bars, tubes, grids, boxes and similar products, with maximum dimensions of W 750 × H 1,200 × D 1,400 mm in the small oven and W 1,000 × H 1,200 × D 2,800 mm in the large oven
A wide selection of colors is available, according to the RAL color chart. We also offer different types of finishes, including matte, glossy, various texture levels and two-tone finishes such as silver/black, gold/black and others. We work with both polyester and epoxy-polyester powder coatings.
Welding, cutting and bending of steel elements are also part of our production capabilities.

Technological equipment
The production facility has equipment that ensures high precision and repeatability of the process:
- transfers for brass processing;
- forges for cold forging of steel;
- ex-center of presses and transfer of presses;
- special processing machines;
- plastic injection machines;
- automatic electroplating lines.
