Galvanization and Metal Surface Protection
Galvanization is an electrochemical process of metal protection through electrolysis, during which a protective coating is applied to the surface of the product, providing reliable corrosion protection and increased resistance to wear.
The metal surface protection and galvanization department covers an area of 2,086 m² and includes modernly equipped lines for galvanization, chemical and electrochemical protection, as well as powder coating of metals. The processes are organized for serial processing of components, ensuring a high-quality finish and long-lasting corrosion protection.
The facility is equipped with a wastewater treatment system, in accordance with environmental and industrial standards.
Professional Surface Preparation Before Galvanization
The quality of surface protection directly depends on proper surface preparation. In our process, we use a combination of mechanical and chemical preparation methods, including:
- chemical degreasing of metals;
- electrolytic degreasing;
- ultrasonic degreasing;
- vibratory finishing and barrel tumbling;
- shot blasting;
- surface etching.
Proper preparation enables uniform application of the protective coating and maximum durability of the protection.
