This Privacy Policy informs you about what personal data we collect during your visit, registration and purchase in the “Bane” online store, the use of cookies, the legal basis, the method of use, to whom we entrust them and what your legal rights are, all in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 87/2018).

2. What data do we collect and for what purpose?

When using and ordering goods through the “Bane” online store, we collect the following data:

Identity and contact information: Name and surname, e-mail address (e-mail) and telephone number.
Delivery data: The address to which the goods are delivered.
Registered account data: Username, encrypted access password and order history (for registered users).
Transaction data: Details of items purchased, purchase order value and invoices issued.
Technical data and cookies: IP address, internet browser type, data about the session and items in the basket for the technical functioning of the web shop.

3. User account registration

Customers have the option to create a personal user account on our online store for faster ordering, tracking the status of orders and viewing the history of previous purchases.

Data processed: Name, surname, e-mail address, telephone, saved delivery addresses and access password (which is stored in encrypted form).
Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of the execution of the contract on the use of orders / pre-contractual actions at the request of the user (Article 12, paragraph 1, point 2) ZZPL).
Account deletion: The registered user can at any time request the closure and deletion of his user account by sending a request to e-mail: prodavnica@progalvano.com, after which the account will be terminated and the data will be deleted (except for the data on completed purchases, which we are legally obliged to keep).

4. Prohibition of entering other people’s data and processing minors’ data

Entering data of third parties: Please enter only your own personal data when registering or ordering goods. It is strictly forbidden to leave e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and delivery addresses of third parties without their express prior consent. If it is established or suspected that the data of a third party has been entered without authorization, the Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order, that is, to close the registered account, and to delete the collected data immediately and permanently.
Purchases and data of minors: The services of the “Bane” online store are not intended for minors (persons under 18 years of age). We kindly ask minors not to create user accounts, not to leave their personal data and not to independently order goods on our site. The purchase can only be made by parents, guardians or other legal representatives of minors. In the event that the Seller notices that the possession of the data of a minor occurred without the consent of the legal representative, that data will be destroyed without delay.

5. Use of cookies (Cookies)

Our “Bane” online store uses cookies and related technologies to enable you to use the site smoothly and safely, maintain a logged-in user account session, and provide a better user experience.

We do not collect your personal data without a clear and legally prescribed basis:

Execution of distance sales contracts and the use of a user account (Article 12, paragraph 1, point 2) ZZPL): The processing of your basic data (name, delivery address, telephone, e-mail, order data) is necessary in order to enable the operation of the order, confirm the order, pack the goods, contact you for notification and deliver to the desired address.
Fulfillment of legal obligations (Article 12. paragraph 1. item 3) ZZPL): We process data on completed purchases for the purpose of issuing financial documents, bookkeeping and resolving potential consumer complaints in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on Accounting.

7. To whom is your data entrusted (Processors)?

The seller does not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties without authorization.

For the sake of the successful technical functioning of the site and the realization of the purchase, we entrust your data to reliable partners (Processors), with whom we have concluded agreements on data processing and confidentiality:

Courier and delivery services: To whom the name, delivery address and telephone number are transmitted solely for the purpose of delivering the ordered package.
To IT partners and hosting providers: Who maintain the technical stability, user account base and security of the “Bane” online store.
To the accounting agency: For the purpose of recording financial changes and processing issued invoices in accordance with the law.

Your data can be submitted to competent state or judicial authorities only when this is our express legal obligation.

8. How long do we keep your data?

We store your data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or within the time limit prescribed by the positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia:

User account data: They are stored as long as the account is active, that is, until the moment when the user requests its termination.
Data on issued invoices and financial transactions: They are kept for 10 years, in accordance with the Law on Accounting.
Data on individual orders and communications: They are kept until the expiration of warranty periods and deadlines for submitting complaints.

After the expiration of the specified legal and contractual terms, your data is permanently and securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Security of your data

The seller applies appropriate technical, organizational and personnel security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss or destruction. All employees and contractual partners who have access to data are obliged to strictly maintain business secrets and confidentiality.

10. Your Legal Rights

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data at all times:

Right of access: The right to request confirmation of whether we are processing your data and access to that data.
Right to correction and amendment: The right to request the amendment or amendment of incorrect data (which you can do independently within your user account).
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): The right to request the erasure of your data or termination of your account if they are no longer necessary for the purpose of processing, except for data that we are required by law to keep (e.g. invoices issued).
Right to restriction of processing and right to object: The right to object in certain situations to the way we process your data.
The right to file a complaint with the Commissioner: If you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade, office@poverenik.rs).
