Terms and conditions
Dear customers,
With this instruction, we would like to point out the conditions of purchase in the “Bane” online store, as well as to familiarize you with the valid provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection (“Official Gazette” RS No. 62/2014, 6/2016 – Dr. Law I 44/2018 – Dr. Law) that apply to online shopping.
“Bane” online store offers a wide range of hardware for doors and windows, as well as consumer goods. The seller of products through the “Bana” online store is:

The seller is registered in the register of business companies maintained by the Agency for Business Registers of the Republic of Serbia.
The purchase is made by selecting the items offered in our online store and ordering them online. After ordering the product, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order, and we will contact you by phone to confirm the details of your order. The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by the courier service with which we cooperate, within 3 days, and at the latest within 30 days of ordering, and payment is made when taking the order – cash on delivery.
By ordering goods through our online store, a distance sales contract is concluded in accordance with provisions 27 to 37 of the Consumer Protection Act. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer will be handed a Distance Selling Agreement for signature, one copy of which remains for the customer and one copy for the Seller, and a withdrawal form will be handed over. We strive to always have all items in the web store in stock. If any of the products you ordered are currently out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail and/or by phone. In the event that the requested product is not in stock, it will be considered that the Distance Selling Agreement has not been concluded.
Please read the following terms carefully before using our services. Each visit to our site, as well as a purchase, means that you have read these terms and that you agree with them in their entirety.
1. FINDING AND ORDERING ITEMS

2. DELIVERY
We deliver the ordered items in cooperation with the courier service, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia without the AP of Kosovo.
Goods ordered on a working day by 12 noon will be handed over to the courier service on the same day for delivery to the customer. If the goods are ordered on a working day after 12 o’clock, they will be sent on the next working day to the courier service that makes the delivery. Deviation and extension of the delivery deadline may occur if the recipient is not at the address at the first delivery attempt, bad weather conditions, in case the shipment is of large dimensions and dimensions, or other unforeseen situations in transport that the carrier could not influence.
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the deadline for the delivery of purchased goods is 30 days from the conclusion of the Distance Selling Agreement, i.e. from the day of ordering the goods on our website.
If for some reason we are unable to deliver the ordered goods, we will inform you about this by e-mail and/or by phone.
The ordered goods will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damages and report them immediately (more in section 4. Complaints), and the seller has a legal obligation to ensure that the goods are in accordance with the ordered goods.
3. PAYMENT
You can see the total amount of money that you need to pay for the ordered goods in your basket at any time, and the total amount of the payment, including delivery costs and VAT, will be shown when ordering. The ordered product is paid to the courier service upon delivery, i.e. payment is made by cash on delivery.
4. COMPLAINTS
All items are thoroughly inspected and delivered in good condition before being handed over to couriers.
After receipt, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment and, if he notices any damage caused during transportation, or if the goods are not in accordance with the ordered goods, inform us immediately. By receiving the goods and signing the Distance Selling Agreement delivered by the Seller, the Buyer confirms that the goods have no defects that can be seen by visual inspection. Subsequent complaints of damage to goods are not accepted.
If the contents of the shipment do not match your order, please contact us. After we determine that the delivery of an item that does not correspond to your order has been made, return the shipment to us, and we will send you the desired items at our expense.
If we deliver the ordered item, but the customer determines that he did not order the item he wanted, we return the delivery and send another item at the customer’s expense.
If you are not satisfied with the correct product, you can advertise it according to the current Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
5. UNILATERAL TERMINATION (WITHDRAWAL OF CONTRACT)
The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the goods arrived in the buyer’s country (from the day of delivery). In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Buyer is obliged to give the Seller a statement on the withdrawal form, which withdrawal form we deliver when the goods are delivered, no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
In the event that you unilaterally cancel the purchase, you are obliged to return the goods at your own expense immediately, and no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the cancellation form. In this case, we are obliged to return the received money to you immediately, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the cancellation form. Please note that in accordance with the legal provisions, we have the right to delay the refund until the goods have been returned or until you provide us with reliable proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
In cases of delivery of goods, more closely defined in Article 37 of the Law on Consumer Protection, there is no right to withdraw from the purchase, namely: delivery of goods whose price depends on changes in the financial market that the merchant cannot influence and which may occur during the withdrawal period; deliveries of goods manufactured according to special customer requirements or clearly personalized; delivery of goods that are subject to quality deterioration or have a short shelf life; deliveries of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery; delivery of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature are inseparably mixed with other goods; ; deliveries of sealed audio, video or computer software, which are unsealed after delivery; delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines except for subscription contracts for the delivery of these issues; delivery of digital content that was not delivered on a permanent record carrier if the performance began after the prior express consent of the consumer and his confirmation that he knows that in this way he loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
The refund of the paid money is done in the same way as you paid the price for the purchased goods.
6. COMMUNICATION
Various messages are automatically sent to your e-mail address after completed activities (opening an account, order confirmation, notification of goods delivery…), so it is necessary to enter a correct and valid e-mail address and phone number, so that all the necessary information reaches you.
Access to the “Bane” online store may be unavailable due to site maintenance or the introduction of new content, as well as in cases of unforeseen circumstances that we strive to eliminate as soon as possible.
7. PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers.
When ordering goods on our website, we collect the following data: name and surname, address, delivery address, phone number and email address. By filling out the purchase order and completing the order, it will be considered that you have given your explicit consent to the collection of personal data necessary for the realization of the purchase. In case you do not want to leave us the requested data, we will not be able to sell and deliver the goods. Collected data is stored for a limited period of time, that is, all collected data is deleted twice a year in accordance with positive regulations. You can revoke your consent to data collection at any time via the e-mail address vrandaja@progalvano.com.
In accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia and in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), you have the right to full legal protection of your data, and in particular to:
• You request access, correction or deletion of your data, if they have not been deleted in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
• You request that the processing of your data be restricted, if the processing is carried out contrary to the purpose and the right to object.
• In case of illegal processing of your data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance.
• Withdraw your consent to the collection of personal data at any time;
• You request information on how we collected the personal data relating to you, that is, on the source from which the data originates and whether the data originates from publicly available sources;
• You request that the collected data be made available to you for inspection.
We inform you and expressly note the following:
• We collect personal data exclusively from the person to whom the data refers. It is strictly forbidden to leave the data of third parties. In the event that, for any reason, we come into possession of the personal data of a person who did not give us this data with their express consent, such data will be immediately destroyed in an appropriate manner and we will take appropriate legal steps.
• The legal basis for collecting personal data is exclusively the express consent of the person providing the data.
• The only user of the collected data is “PRO GALVANO MIKROMETAL” DOO, and the collected data is not forwarded to any third party. Only website maintenance employees have access to the collected data, who are obliged to keep all collected data as a business secret, subject to material and criminal liability.
Your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Act may be limited if these limitations do not interfere with the essence of fundamental rights and freedoms and if this represents a necessary and proportionate measure in a democratic society to protect:
1) national security;
2) defense;
3) public safety;
4) prevention, investigation and detection of criminal acts, prosecution of perpetrators of criminal acts, or enforcement of criminal sanctions, including prevention and protection against threats to public safety;
5) other important general public interests, and especially important state or financial interests of the Republic of Serbia, including monetary policy, budget, tax system, public health and social protection;
6) independence of the judiciary and court proceedings;
7) prevention, investigation, detection and prosecution for violation of professional ethics;
8) functions of monitoring, supervision or performing a regulatory function that is permanently or occasionally connected to the exercise of official powers;
9) the persons to whom the data refer or the rights and freedoms of other persons;
10) realization of claims in civil matters.
• We are obliged to provide the competent state institutions, upon their request, with individual collected data in cases provided for by positive regulations.
• If you are a minor, you can make a purchase on our website only with the written consent of your legal representatives, so please do not give us your data if you do not have consent.
The data we collect from our customers is only the basic data necessary for online shopping. All data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. We collect data about customers exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the orders you made through our online store and sending offers regarding our products to your e-mail.
