Terms of purchase
Dear Customers,
With this instruction we would like to point out the terms of purchase in the "Bane" online store, as well as to introduce you to the valid provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection ("Službeni glasnik" RS No.62 / 2014, 6/2016 - dr. 44/2018 - other law) which is applicable to online purchases.
Bane' online store offers a wide range of hardware for doors and windows, as well as consumer goods. The seller of the product through the "Bane" online store is:

The seller is registered in the Register of companies that is run by the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
Purchase is done by selecting the items in our online store and ordering them. After ordering the product, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order, and we will contact you by phone to confirm the details of your order. Delivery of the ordered goods is made by the courier service with whom we cooperate within 3 days, and no later than 30 days from the ordering, and payment is made upon receipt of the order.
Ordering goods through our online store, the Selling Contract on distance is concluded in accordance with the provisions of Articles 27 to 37 of the Consumer Protection Act. When delivering the goods, the Buyer will be given the Selling Contract for signature, one copy remaining for the Buyer and one copy for the Seller, and also, a copy of the Cancellation form will be given to the Buyer. We strive to ensure that all items in our online store are always in available, in stock. If any of the products you ordered are currently out of stock, we will notify you by email and / or telephone. In the event that the required products not available, it shall be considered that the Selling Contract on distance has not been concluded.
Please read the following terms carefully before using our services. Each visit to our site, as well as with purchase in our online store, shall be considered that you have read these terms and that you have fully agreed to them.
1.FINDING AND ORDERING ITEMS

2.DELIVERY
Delivery of ordered items is carried out in cooperation with the courier service, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, without AP Kosovo.
Goods that are ordered on weekdays by 12 noon will be handed over to the courier on the same day for delivery to the customer. If the goods are ordered on weekdays after 12 noon, they will be handed over to the courier service on the next working day. Discrepancies and prolongations of delivery may occur if the recipient is not found at the address on the first attempt of delivery, because of poor weather conditions, in the case if parcel is of large dimensions and needed longer time to deliver, or because of other unforeseen transport situations that courier could not influence.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the deadline for delivery of purchased goods is 30 days from the conclusion of the Selling Contract on distance, that is, from the day of ordering goods on our site.
If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the ordered goods, we will notify you by e-mail and / or telephone.
The ordered goods will be packed in such manner that by the usual transportation cannot be damaged. The Buyer is obliged to check for any defects on delivery of the goods and immediately submit complaint, (more detail in Section 4 of the Complaint), and the Seller has a legal obligation to deliver goods that are same quality as advertised.
3. PAYMENT
The total amount of money you have to pay for the ordered goods, you can see at any time in your Shopping cart, and the full amount of order, including shipping costs and VAT will be shown when ordering. The ordered product is paid to courier service upon delivery.
4. COMPLAINTS
All items are thoroughly inspected and shipped in good condition before handing over to couriers.
Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment and if it detects any damage caused by the transport, or if the goods do not conform to the ordered goods, the Buyer has to notify us immediately. By accepting the goods and signing the Selling Contract delivered by the Seller, the Buyer confirms that there are no defects on the goods that can be seen by visual inspection. Subsequent complaints of damage to the goods will not be taken into account.
If the contents of the shipment do not match your order, please contact us. Once we determine that wrong item has been delivered, you should return the shipment to us and we will send you the items you ordered, at our expense.
If we deliver the item ordered, but upon delivery the buyer determines that he did not order the item he wanted, you may return parcel and we will you send desired item, all at the customer's expense.
If you are not satisfied with the working/correct product, you can advertise it under the current Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.
5. ONE-SIDED TERMINATION (WAIVER OF CONTRACT)
The buyer is entitled to unilateral termination (waiver of contract) without giving reasons within 14 days from the day the goods arrived to the buyer (from the day of delivery). In order to exercise the right of waiver of contract, the Buyer is obliged to hand over to the Seller fulfilled cancellation form, and which cancellation form shall be given to the Buyer by courier at delivery. Waiver of contract can be done no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
In the event that you unilaterally waiver of contract, you are obliged to immediately send delivered goods back to the Seller, at your own expense, and not later than 14 days after the submission of the cancellation form. In this case, we are obliged to immediately refund you received money, and not later than 14 days after the receipt of the cancellation form.
Please note that in accordance with legal provisions, we have the right to defer a refund of money until the goods have been returned to us or until you provide us with credible proof that you sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
In cases of delivery of goods, closely define in Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have no right cancel purchase (waiver of contract) in the following cases: if the price of delivered goods depends on changes in the financial market on which seller cannot influence and which changes may occur during the deadline for cancellation; if delivered goods are manufactured to specific buyer requirements or clearly personalized; if delivered goods are prone to deterioration or have a short shelf life; when delivered sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which are open after receipt; when the supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature are inseparably mixed with other goods; if delivered goods are sealed audio, video or computer software, which are open after receipt; when there is delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines other than subscription contracts; the delivery of digital content not delivered on a permanent record carrier if the execution commenced after the consumer's prior express consent and his / her confirmation that he / she knows that in this way he / she loses the right to cancel the contract.
6. COMMUNICATION
Different e-mail messages will be automatically sent to your e-mail address after the completed activities (ordering, order confirmation, delivery notice…), so it is necessary to enter valid e-mail address and telephone number, so that you will receive all the necessary information.
Access to the Bane Online Store may be inaccessible due to site maintenance or the introduction of new content, as well as in the event of unforeseen circumstances that we endeavor to correct as soon as possible.
7. PRIVACY PROTECTION
We are obliged to keep the privacy of all our customers.
If you decide to order via our online store, we collect the following information: first and last name, address, delivery address, telephone number and email address. By completing the purcase and finalizing the ordering, it will be considered that you have given your explicit consent to the collection of personal data necessary to complete the purchase. In case you do not want to leave us the requested information, we will not be able to sell and deliver the goods. The collected data is kept for a limited period time, i.e. all collected data is deleted twice a year, in accordance with positive regulations. You may revoke your consent to the collection of data at any time by emailing prodavnica@progalvano.com.
In accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia and in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), you have the right to a full legal protection of your data, you have following rights:
• Right to request access, correction or deletion of your data, if your personal data are not deleted in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
• Right to demand that the processing of your data be restricted, if the processing is not compliant to the purpose and the right to object.
• In case of unlawful processing of your data, you have the right to file a complaint with the COMMISSIONER FOR INFORMATION OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
• Right to request information on how we have collected personal data relating to you, that is, right to request the name of source from which we have collected data and whether the data came from publicly available sources;
• Right to request access to the collected data.
We would like to inform you and note the following:
• We collect personal data solely from the person to whom data relate. It is strictly forbidden to leave third-party data. In the event that for any reason we get personal data of the person who did not give to us this information with their explicit consent, such data will be immediately destroy in an appropriate manner and we will take appropriate legal steps.
• The legal basis by which we collect personally identifiable information is the explicit consent of the person who provides his data.
• The only user of the collected data is the Yachting Club “KEJ”, and the collected data is not forwarded to any third party. Access to the collected data have exclusively employees dedicated to the maintenance of the website, who are obliged to keep all collected information as a business secret, under material and criminal responsibility.
Your rights that are deriving from the Law on Personal Data Protection may be restricted if these restrictions do not affect the fundamental (civil) rights and freedoms and if these restrictions are necessary and if they are considerate a proportionate measure in a democratic society for the protection of: 1) national security; 2) defense; 3) public safety; 4) the prevention, investigation and detection of criminal offenses, the prosecution of perpetrators of criminal offenses, or the enforcement of criminal sanctions, including the prevention and protection of threats to public safety; 5) other important general public interests, especially other important state or financial interests of the Republic of Serbia, including monetary policy, budget, tax system, public health and social protection; 6) the independence of the judiciary and judicial proceedings; 7) preventing, investigating, detecting and prosecuting professional ethics violations; 8) monitoring, supervising or exercising a regulatory function that is permanently or occasionally linked to the exercise of official powers; 9) data subjects or the rights and freedoms of other persons; 10) realization of claims in civil matters.
• Upon request of the competent state institutions, we are obliged to submit to them individual collected data in cases stated by positive regulations.
• If you are a minor, you can make a reservation on our site only with the written consent of the legal guardians, and please do not leave us any information if you do not have the consent.
The information we collect from our customers is just the basic information necessary to make an online purchase. All information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need it to process your order. We collect customer information solely for the purpose of completing orders placed through our online store and sending to you information regarding our products.
